Gite rates for 2010 season:

Notes on gite rental:

All prices per week unless indicated otherwise and irrespective of the number of occupants (subject to the maximum number indicated).

Weekly bookings preferred, however longer-/shorter-term rentals possible during low and mid seasons, e.g. long easter or bank holiday weekends. Please enquire regarding availability and prices. Preference will be given to two-week bookings in peak season.

  

Shorter 3/4 day breaks also available. Please enquire about availability and rates.

 

Rental price includes:

- rental of the gite from Saturday 4pm to following Saturday 10.00 am
  (other arrival/departure days on request)

- electricty, heating and water costs (except during low/mid seasons when electricity is metered)

- bed linen and towels (beds will be made up for your arrival)

- baby cots and high chairs (please request when booking)

- welcome pack

- use of all facilities

 

All prices net in Euros. Bank charges for international transactions, including refund of security deposit, will be borne by tenant.

Accepted payment methods: bank transfer (preferred), paypal (direct transfer only, not via credit card), cheque.

Payment also possible in Pounds Sterling. Rates subject to exchange rate at time of booking. Please enquire.

The quoted rental price does not include local tourist taxes (Taxe de Sejour) of EUR 0.35 per adult per night. These taxes will be deducted from the refunded security deposit.

 

Cleaning is not included. Guests are expected to leave the gites in a clean and tidy state upon departure.

 

We aim to provide everything to ensure you have a comfortable and relaxing holiday. If you have any specific requirements, please let us know in advance.
