Notes on gite rental:

All prices per week unless indicated otherwise and irrespective of the number of occupants (subject to the maximum number indicated).

Weekly bookings preferred, however longer-/shorter-term rentals possible during low and mid seasons, e.g. long easter or bank holiday weekends. Please enquire regarding availability and prices.

  

Shorter 3/4 day breaks also available. Please enquire about availability and rates.

 

Rental price includes:

- rental of the gite from Saturday 4pm to following Saturday 10.00 am
  (other arrival/departure days on request)

- electricty, heating and water costs (except during low/mid seasons when electricity is metered)

- bed linen and towels (beds will be made up for your arrival)

- baby cot, high chair, booster seat, baby bath, stair gates

- welcome pack

- use of all facilities

 

All prices net in GBP's. Bank charges for all international transactions, including refund of security deposit, will be borne by tenant.

Accepted payment methods: bank transfer (preferred) in Sterling or Euros, or Sterling Cheque.

Rates subject to exchange rate at time of booking. Please enquire.

The quoted rental price does not include local tourist taxes (Taxe de Sejour) of EUR 0.35 per adult per night. These taxes will be deducted from the refunded Security Deposit.

 

Cleaning is not included. Guests are expected to leave the gite in a clean and tidy state upon departure.
