To make a booking:

Please refer to the availability chart and either send us an e-mail info@gite-in-loire.co.uk
or telephone +33 241 509 761 and provide the following details:

- your name, address and tel.no

- preferred booking dates

- any special requirements, e.g. baby cot, high chair

- number of adults/children in your party

- how did you hear about us

We will then confirm a provisional booking and send you the official rental contract by e-mail which should be completed, signed and returned by post.

  

Payment methods:

- Bank transfer in either Sterling or Euros

- Cheque in either Sterling or Euros

- Paypal transfer in either Sterling (credit card payments via paypal are not accepted)

All prices net in Euros. Bank charges for international transactions, including refund of security deposit, will be borne by tenant.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The signing of the rental contract is binding and indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. A non-refundable deposit of EUR150 or £150 (per week) must be paid to confirm the booking.

3. Full payment is required at least 8 weeks prior to your arrival

4. A security deposit of EUR 240 or £240 is payable in advance. This will be returned within 1 week of departure, unless replacements or repairs to the property and its contents/inventory are required. Tourist taxes of EUR 0.35 per adult per night will be deducted from the returned amount.

5. PAYMENT. If full payment is not received within 8 weeks prior to arrival, we reserve the right to reallocate the gite to other clients.

6. CANCELLATION. Cancellations less than 4 weeks prior to arrival will be charged at full cost. Cancellations received between 6 and 4 weeks prior to arrival will be charged at 75% of the full rate.Cancellations received between 8 and 6 weeks prior to arrival will be charged at 50% of the full rate.

7. We cannot accept responsibility for losses or damages caused by strikes, fire, storms, floods, airport or ferry closure or any other event beyond our control.

8. We cannot accept responsibility for any injuries, losses or damages which may occur when guests are staying on the property. It is the responsibility of parents to supervise their children.

9. You are strongly advised to take out adequate insurance before your holiday

10. No pets allowed inside the gite

11. No smoking policy inside buildings

12. Once full payment has been received, we guarantee there will be no price changes as a result of exchange rate fluctuations.
