          St Macaire du Bois (Les Bouchettes) is easily accessible by car from all the channel ports and via the
          airports of Angers, Nantes, Tours, Poitiers and Paris.
          Flybe, Easyjet and Ryanair operate a number of all-year and summer-season routes.

          Directions from the ferry ports:

          St. Malo: Take the N137 to Rennes; then head for Angers via the D163. Skirt around Angers and join the D761 to Doue-la-Fontaine.

          Roscoff: Take the D58 to Morlaix; join the N12/E50 until you reach Rennes; then follow directions given above for St. Malo.

          Le Havre:

          		 Take the A131 towards Rouen. Branch off onto the new A28 motorway towards Le Mans. Join the A11 towards Angers; turn off onto A85 towards Saumur.

          Caen:

          		 Follow the N158 to Alencon and join the new A28 motorway towards Le Mans. Join the A11 towards Angers; turn off onto A85 towards Saumur.

          300 km
          Cherbourg:  Head south towards Rennes. Then follow directions given above for St. Malo.
           

          350 km
          Calais/Boulogne: Head for Rouen and take the new A28 motorway towards Le Mans. Join the A11 towards Angers; turn off onto A85 towards Saumur.

          FROM

          SAUMUR

          		 By-passing Saumur head south on N147/D347 and then D960 towards Doue-la-Fontaine. Prior to Doue-la-Fontaine, take the right fork signposted "Toutes Directions". At roundabout, take 3rd turn, D960 signposted Angers/Cholet. Take first exit signposted to Les Verchers. At top of slip road, turn right on D69 signposted to Les Verchers. At traffic lights, turn left towards Les Verchers. (NB - If you need a Supermarket, go straight on at the lights; 'Super U' is 800 metres on the right).

          After travelling through Verchers-sur-Layon turn left onto the D194 signposted to St Macaire-Du- Bois. On entering Les Bouchettes, follow the road around to the left; Le Grenier is 200 metres on the right.
